well said Colonel Sir…..u summed up it all….
A soldier can perform his duties only when he is sure there is some one to look after his family if he dies in operation. The paramount role of commanding officer is to ensure such a faith in soldier & civil authority at his home to help soldier family with speed in case of need.
In to- day’s contest a chief of army is worried about his own date of birth so as to have extra year of comforts & civil authority making crores & hiding in bed.
A desperate soldier when sees that he cannot look after his family, he gets depressed & takes this deadly action. One should not forget that under such circumstances national security is at stake. Come what way people will try to hide facts & save their skin. But see in last two how many persons have committed suicide, a British army will never take it lightly. We have followed their system. So revive civil & army accordingly
My sincere heart felt grief to family of soldier
